Service Agreement Governing Consulting Engagments

Consulting Agreement

This service agreement describes our streamlined process for receiving your orders, settling transactions and delivering service. These terms and conditions do not affect your rights, but rather, clarify the relationship between you and us. We hold your investment in high regard, and so, make every effort to develop and maintain the types of systems and procedures that reinforce our trust-based relationship. As such, our Agreement provides crystally clear indications of what you may expect of us and vice versa.

Payment Methods

If you are paying by credit or debit card, please note that your card will be debited prior to us commencing full service. Since payment approval is immediate, credit card payment is the fastest method of initiating and completing orders on a tight schedule.

If you are paying by check, direct deposit or other means as agreed between you and ApplicationAdvantage Online, please note that full service will not commence until the payment has cleared.

NOTE: Work may, on a case-by-case basis, begin before full payment has been received. However, such cases are always agreed upon under special arrangement between ApplicationAdvantage and you.

Service Delivery

Please note that once you have placed an order by email, post, fax, telephone, or by any other means it cannot be cancelled once we have started working on it.

Service for PayPerReview (individual document plan) orders are usually completed within 3 days (for edits of full, almost-complete document drafts) or up to 7 days (for draft construction from scratch plus edits - period depends on how much time you devote to working with us intensively on content development).

If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline, such as with Premier Express service, please request a reservation from us directly.

You may also wish to contract us for hourly service - select an appointment and contact us before placing your order.

Pricing Policy

Unless otherwise instructed by ApplicationAdvantage personnel, the listed prices are the basis for service payment.

a) prices that are shown on a page and quoted in a given currency, or
b) prices that are shown on a page and quoted in a given currency, less any applicable publicized discount or promotional code.

Alternative pricing may be decided on consultation between you and ApplicationAdvantage, but the final decision to provide service for a negotiated price shall rest solely with ApplicationAdvantage.

In all cases, ApplicationAdvantage re-confirms the details of payment.

Payments made to ApplicationAdvantage for incorrect fee amounts shall be refunded.
